How to change a flat tire

If you get a flat tire while driving, don't panic. Pull over to a safe spot, turn on your hazard lights, and follow these steps:

1. Loosen the lug nuts on your wheel with a wrench before you raise the car. You may need to use all your body weight to loosen them.

2.Use a jack to lift the car up until the flat tire is off the ground.

3. Take the flat tire off and put the spare on. Make sure to tighten the lug nuts as much as you can by hand before lowering the car back down. Then use the wrench to give them one final tightening.

4. Put the flat tire in your trunk or tie it to the back of your car.

And that's it! You're now ready to get back on the road. Just drive slowly and carefully until you can get the flat tire fixed or replaced.

But if you don't feel confident changing a tire, or if you don't have a spare, the best thing to do is call for roadside assistance. They'll be able to help you out and get you back on your way.

Roadside assistance can be incredibly helpful if you're stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire. They can come and change your tire for you, or even tow your car to a nearby service station.

If you don't have roadside assistance, or if you're just looking to save some money, you can always change the tire yourself. It's not as difficult as it may seem, and it's definitely something everyone should know how to do.
